If you're looking to save time, paper, storage
space and receive your statutory documents with guidance notes on
running your new company, then you should consider our new CD Rom.
If you form companies regularly, you should
also take a look at Digital Delivery - our new
service for accountants and other professionals who often require
a rapid response. Digital Delivery clients receive
the Certificate of Incorporation and Company Registration Number
via email on the day the company is incorporated. Along with all
other statutory documents, the Certificate is then delivered via
first class mail on CD Rom with a user-friendly interface and comprehensive

What's on the CD Rom?
As well as all your statutory documents - which
can be viewed and printed directly from the CD Rom, or saved to
your computer hard drive or network for editing - the CD Rom contains
detailed notes for guidance on running your new company. The guidance
notes are easily navigable on the CD which contains links to printer-friendly
versions too.

Place the CD Rom in your drive and
you're ready to go!
The CD Rom has been developed with usability
in mind. The name of the company is clearly printed on each
CD making alphabetical filing of company documents very straightforward
for those incorporating companies on a regular basis.
The CD Rom will autorun when placed in
your CD drive and the welcome screens provide information
on how to view and print documents contained on the disk.
We have worked hard to ensure the CD is easy to navigate and
that documents are easy to retrieve, view, print and edit
(documents must be saved to your hard drive or network in
order to edit). |

User-friendly navigation
The CD carries advice and links to online information about
a number of other CRO services, such as CompanyView.
These are all clearly linked from the navigation buttons on
the left. Should you be in any doubt, or require further help
with running your new company, a link to our contact page
which contains names, telephone and fax numbers is always
visible. |

View, print, save and edit all your
statutory documents
All company documents associated with
your newly formed company are available from the Statutory
Documents page on the CD Rom. Buttons to view the documents
will open them in Word or as PDF files. If you want to edit
documents, save them to your hard drive or network (files
on CD Roms are "read only").
Clicking on the folder buttons will open
directories using Windows File Explorer so that you can open
the Word documents contained on the CD Rom. |

Comprehensive guidance notes on running
your company
With the kind permission of Companies
House, we've produced very detailed guidance notes to help
you with the legal aspects of running your new company. Divided
into five main sections, these cover Administration, Shares,
Officers and Auditors, Company Meetings and winding up. There
are many subsections within these, with hyperlinked information
which may be viewed on screen, saved to your computer or printed
(printer-friendly versions have also been added to the CD
Rom). |
