When entering your name, please note that the words "the", "company", "co", "limited" and "ltd" are ignored when comparing your name with existing registered names. All punctuation is also ignored. If your preferred company name displays on the register and it appears in red text, then this name is already in use. See Choosing a Company Name, for further information.
