It is often essential that you check out prospective customers to whom you may wish to extend credit, or you may wish to investigate your competitors or suppliers. If any of these are limited companies, the starting point is to obtain basic details of the company, its directors, shareholders and copies of accounts filed at Companies House. We provide five basic options for company searches:

A Full Company Summary giving date of incorporation, registered office, filing compliance dates, recent filing history showing types of documents lodged at Companies House, and full list of current and recently resigned directors and company secretary
B Latest Accounts filed
C Last Annual Return filed with full shareholders list plus subsequent share allotments
D Brief details of all outstanding and recently satisfied mortgages, charges and debentures filed against the company

All information is obtained using the latest electronic image download technology and can be emailed directly to you within 24 hours of ordering. In fact, wherever possible we aim to deliver search documents within one hour of ordering. Please note that search documents cannot be despatched prior to receipt of payment.

Some older documents may be archived at Companies House, which may delay delivery, and there are occasions when Companies House databases are not accessible. We will advise on this as soon as we receive your order.
