Digital
Delivery
If you form companies regularly with us, you
maybe interested in our Digital Delivery service.
What is Digital
Delivery?
The service has been developed for accountants
and other professionals who regularly form companies for their clients
and often require an even more rapid response. Digital Delivery
clients receive the Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of
Association via email within minutes of the incorporation of the
company.
Clients can then choose to have all other statutory
documents, including the Certificate and Articles delivered on CD
ROM or sent entirely by email. The CD ROM is presented with a user-friendly
interface and comprehensive guidance notes and sent by first class
mail, usually despatched on the day on incorporation [More
information about the CD Rom]. Email delivery presents all the
statutory documents including the Certificate and Articles as word
document attachments for you save to hard disk or to your own CD
ROM as you require. This method means you have all your paperwork
fully completed at your fingertips within hours of incorporation.
What are the benefits?
- Cost savings are passed
on to Digital Delivery clients. This means a saving of
nearly 20% on the price of our standard formation for
the CD ROM version and nearly 30% for the Email
option. Remember that regardless of whether you opt for digital
or the full hard copy delivery, each company package we supply
includes everything required to comply fully with Companies Act
2006 regulations in respect of statutory paperwork. This means
we complete all the minutes, statutory registers and official
forms on your behalf, and we ensure that all necessary forms and
resolutions are correctly filed with the Registrar of Companies.
- Rapid response. Because
we are authorised to use Companies House Electronic Incorporation
services, we incorporate companies within 24 hours. In fact if
your order is placed in the morning it is highly likely that the
company will be incorporated before the end of the day. Digital
Delivery maximises the benefits of Electronic Incorporation and
you really could have all the finished paperwork on your desk
ready for your client in as little as three or four hours! There
is no need to ever buy an “off the shelf” company
again!
- And it’s
green too! A typical hard copy incorporation requires
around 100 pages of paper. The environmental benefits of choosing
Digital Delivery speak for themselves!
How do I get my printed Certificate of Incorporation?
Under Companies House rules, Certificates of
Incorporation must be printed on a particular weight and colour
of paper. Digital Delivery has been developed with professional
clients in mind who have the need to form companies on a reasonably
regular basis. We will send you a stock of the correct certificate
paper in advance to enable you to print the Certificates as you
receive them, thus ensuring compliance with Companies House rules.
Do I need to place
my order online?
Yes. To qualify for the cost savings, orders
must be placed through your Digital Delivery enabled account at
Company Registrations Online. Once enabled for Digital Delivery,
you can choose between CD or Email delivery on an order by order
basis to suit your own requirements. Of course, registering for
Digital Delivery does not prevent you from ordering full hard copy
packages on occasion if certain clients require this.
