Limited Liability Partnerships
A Limited Liability Partnership combines the
benefits of the traditional partnership in respect of legal affairs
and tax treatment together with that of limited liability to protect
partners’ personal assets. Incorporation is a simple process,
which we have tailored to provide an easy route to completion of
the necessary formalities. Once you are happy with your decision
that an LLP is the correct vehicle for your business venture, simply
follow the link below to our LLP order form and submit the information
as requested. The cost of this service is just £60.00 plus
VAT.
Please note that you must complete and send
us a LL IN01, which you can download from our company forms page
or which we can send you separately.
We will then ensure that the requirements of
the Registrar of Companies have been met and submit the necessary
documentation to Companies House to incorporate the new LLP. Companies
House has not yet enabled LLP incorporation for electronic filing
so your LLP pack will be despatched in around 5-10 working days.
This will include the Certificate of Registration together with
partners' minutes establishing the LLP, a completed register of
Members and extensive Companies House notes on the operation and
management of an LLP.
As with any business partnership it is vital
that the partners draw up a suitable written agreement to determine
issues such as control, division of revenue and exit strategies.
You may wish to consult your legal advisers in this respect or use
our standardised LLP Partnership Agreement as a governing document.
