With a background in company secretarial work stretching back over 25 years, including a previous career in financial risk assessment, Phil started the business in 1993 as a sole trader. Following a period of rapid of growth, Company Registrations Online Ltd was established in 1999 and has now become one of the country's leading company registration businesses. Phil also serves on the Board of The Association of Company Registration Agents who are the industry's only representative trade association.

Liz has worked for the company for over ten years having previous extensive experience in retail management. As Operations Manager, Liz ensures that both the Company Formation and Compliance departments run efficiently and that the company’s high standards of customer service are maintained.

Lynne joined the organisation as Business Support Manager in early 2001 after leaving the Financial Times Group.

Lynne has 20 years experience in Customer Services and now also manages the Sales & Marketing department.

Ash started working for the company as a part time freelance web developer in 2001, becoming full time soon afterwards. He is now IT Manager with responsibility for all the company’s web development and internal software systems.

Ash has a BSc from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Information Management from the University of New South Wales.

Our Accounts Manager has been with the company over ten years and is responsible for all customer accounting matters and credit control. Sue has worked in an accounts related role throughout her professional career.

Zoe joined the company in April 2004 as a Company Registrations Administrator. Zoe then moved into our Accounts Department and also assists the Managing Director in a number of company secretarial duties. Zoe’s employment history is in IT/Customer Service & Quality.

Alice joined the company in 2004 as a Company Registrations Administrator and soon progressed into the compliance department.

Alice was promoted to Operations Team Leader in 2009 and in 2011 was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. Alice has extensive experience in most company secretarial matters.

Felicity has worked for the company for over five years, initially as a Company Registrations Administrator, but since 2008 she has been a key member of our Compliance Department.

Felicity has specific responsibility for drafting shareholders agreements, conducting administrative company restorations and customer VAT registrations.

With ten years’ experience in customer services Louise joined the company in 2009. Following a brief spell as a company registrations administrator, Louise moved into our Compliance Department and assists in the maintenance of client records and anti-money laundering procedures.

Paul joined the company in early 2009. With extensive experience in customer services, sales and recruitment, Paul is our senior Company Registrations Administrator.

After graduating with a 2:1 in Law at the University of Leeds, Lizzie joined the company in September 2010. She is currently working in our company registrations department and is familiar with incorporating all types of companies.
