I used Company Registrations Online last year to form a company for my husband, and was very impressed then at the service I received. Yesterday I was trying to set up a second company for my husband, but could not remember the Company Registrations Online name. Having searched the web for "company formations" I chose one of your competitors from the list returned by the search engine. I had unwittingly assumed that all formation companies would be equally as efficient as your own, and I now realise how wrong I was.

I was singularly unimpressed at the telephone manner and unwillingness to assist of the first company that I chose, and similarly so with a second company that I also tried.

At that point I decided to go and find out what the name of the company was with whom I had previously dealt, i.e. Company Registrations Online. Having found the name, I called and received the same absolutely excellent service that I had received the first time round. The staff member I dealt with was fantastic - professional, courteous and very efficient.

I will not even attempt to use anyone else in future, and will recommend CRO whenever possible.

When choosing a new service from the Internet, I rarely look for the cheapest, I try and find the one that appears to offer the best value. On needing to embark on the formation of my first company ever, I choose yourselves because your website seemed to offer an overall service, not just a quick electronic hello and goodbye once the company was formed. Being a "novice" at forming a company, I have to tell you how reassuring it is, that there is always a cheery voice at the other end of the phone, should I need guidance through any steps which I find I need help with. The presentation of both the web site and the CD on which all the information arrives is highly professional, clear and concise. A big thank you is deserved to all of those who initially designed the package and to the staff who man the telephone lines. I only wish that some of the institutions one has to deal with, were as "customer friendly" as yours!
