Incorporation is a very simple process,
which we have tailored to provide an easy route to completion
of the necessary formalities. Once you are happy with your decision
that an LLP is the correct vehicle for your business venture,
simply follow the link below to our LLP order form and submit
the information as requested. The cost of this service is just
£60.00 inc VAT.
Please note that you must complete and send
us a form LLP2, which you can download from our company forms
page or which we can send you separately.
We will then ensure that the requirements
of the Registrar have been met and submit the necessary documentation
to Companies House to incorporate the new LLP. Your LLP pack
will be despatched in around 5-10 working days. This will include
the Certificate of Registration together with partners' minutes
establishing the LLP, a completed register of Members and extensive
Companies House notes on the operation and management of an
LLP.
