Phil Vibrans
Phil VibransMANAGING DIRECTOR
With a background in company secretarial work stretching back to the early 1980s, including a previous career in financial risk assessment, Phil started the business in 1993 as a sole trader. Following a period of rapid growth, Company Registrations Online Ltd was established in 1999 and has now become one of the country’s leading company registration businesses. Phil also serves on the Board of The Association of Company Registration Agents who are the industry’s only representative trade association.
Sam Lloyd
Sam LloydEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
With over 30 years of experience in the information solutions and company registration arena, Sam started his career as a junior search clerk and has since held various posts as Managing Director and Executive Director within the industry. Sam also steers policy affecting the industry by serving as Director and Secretary of The Association of Company Registration Agents Ltd and has previously been a long term member of the Vistage group of Chief Executives.
Liz Nolan
Liz NolanGENERAL MANAGER
Liz has worked for the company since 2000 having previous extensive experience in retail management. As General Manager she has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the business and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are maintained. Also, as the appointed Company Secretary Liz uses her wealth of knowledge in Company Secretarial matters to provide CPD training seminars for accounts all over the UK.
Ash Wakeman
Ash WakemanIT MANAGER
Ash started working for the company as a part time freelance web developer in 2001, becoming full time soon afterwards. He is now IT Manager with responsibility for all the company’s web development and internal software systems.
Ceri Counter
Ceri CounterOPERATIONS MANAGER
Since joining the company in 2007 Ceri has worked in the Company Formations, Company Secretarial and Trademark departments and has experience in all secretarial matters. As Operations Manager Ceri works to ensure the smooth running of all departments and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Zoe Ball
Zoe BallACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
With 8 years experience in the IT industry and Customer Service & Quality, Zoë joined the company in April 2004 as a Company Registrations Administrator. She then moved to the Accounts department in 2006 as an Accounts Administrator, and progressed to Accounts & Administration Manager in 2016. Zoë has also assisted the Managing Director in a number of secretarial duties for various clients since 2008.
Alice Spencer
Alice SpencerSALES & MARKETING CONSULTANT
Alice joined the company in 2004 as a Company Registrations Administrator and soon progressed into the Company Secretarial Department.

Alice was promoted to Operations Team Leader in 2009, and in 2012 was promoted to Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Alice ensured that both the Company Formation and Compliance departments ran efficiently and that the company’s high standards of customer service were maintained. Alice has extensive experience in most company secretarial matters. After maternity leave Alice returned to the company in a sales role.

Felicity Hook
Felicity HookASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Felicity has worked for the company since 2006 and is our most senior member of the secretarial team. As the most experienced member of the department Felicity uses her vast knowledge and customer service skills to provide advice and support to clients on all secretarial matters including complex share restructures, reconstructions of registers and the drafting of bespoke shareholder agreements. Felicity also has sole responsibility for our portfolio of payroll clients providing assistance with all payroll matters.
Louise Wright
Louise WrightCOMPANY SECRETARIAL CONSULTANT
With ten years’ experience in customer services Louise joined the company in 2009. Louise is part of our Company Secretarial Department. Louise assists in the maintenance of statutory records, processing client instructions and advises on procedural matters of company law.
Sharon Tipping
Sharon TippingACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Sharon joined the company in 2016 as an AAT part qualified Accounts Administrator bringing with her 12 years of accounts admin experience which began when she lived in Cornwall for a number of years. She ensures all transactions are processed in a timely manner and helps to maintain an effective and smoothly run accounts department.
Rob Johnson
Rob JohnsonCOMPANY SECRETARIAL CONSULTANT
Rob joined the company in 2012 with a background in sales and currently works in the Formations Department as a Registrations Administrator.
Julie Rees
Julie ReesINFORMATION SERVICES MANAGER
With over 30 years of experience Julie joined the company in 2015 as the Information Services Manager to help set up the company information side of the business. She has extensive knowledge in the company information industry both in the UK and International markets.
Robert Scarfe
Robert ScarfeCOMPANY INFORMATION ADMINISTRATOR
With 7 years’ experience of assisting in the running of a company in the construction industry and a further 6 years’ experience in various roles in retail, Robert joined the company in 2015. He brings experience from his previous roles and education, where he attained a degree and master’s in Business & Management, into the role of Company Information Administrator. He puts his research and analytical skills to good use in many facets of the information side of the company, both UK and International.
George Papadopoulos
George PapadopoulosCOMPANY INFORMATION ADMINISTRATOR
George joined the company in early 2016 as a Company Information Administrator, upon his relocation in Wales from Greece. His IT degree, his experience in customer service and day-to-day running of a small company in the insurance industry together with his multilingual skills, ensure efficiency and productivity in both International and UK Information departments.
David Martin
David MartinLONDON OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
David joined the company in 2015. After a long standing career within the reprographics industry David turned his hand to the information sector. He has been able to use the analytical skills he acquired in his previous career to ensure we maintain the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency when carrying out searches at the various courts in London, as well as when completing the legalisation of corporate documents.
Mary Lovell
Mary LovellBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (INFORMATION)
Mary has worked in business information services since 1975. Most of her experience has been in marketing and sales and since joining CRO in 2015 as Business Development Manager, she has maintained and developed her network within law firms. Her familiarity with the processes, the people and the requirements of the information market has helped support sales of our information products to this market. Mary is experienced at writing articles for the legal information profession, speaking at events and being involved as a committee member with legal professional groups.
