What is a "ready-made" company?
Circumstances sometimes dictate that a company is required urgently, and no time can be allowed for the incorporation process to be completed, for instance if a company registration number is needed immediately in order to complete an important contract. This is when the purchase of a ready-made company will be beneficial.
Ready made or formed to order?
The requirement for ready-made companies has been much reduced in recent years. Electronic incorporation enables us to form new companies to order within hours, so we recommend that you consider this before ordering a ready-made company. You must bear in mind that although the ready-made company may be available for purchase immediately, it will take a few days to lodge appointments of the new officers and for these appointments to appear on the Companies House record. This will inevitably delay the opening of a bank account for the company and the result is not always as speedy a service as you may think to begin with.
Our standard service for a new company has a rapid turnaround time usually less than three hours, and if you want special urgent treatment, you can choose our priority service that ensures the fastest possible incorporation. Our record time from receipt of order to despatch of paperwork is only 17 minutes!
Available immediately
If you decide that you definitely wish to purchase a ready-made company, we always keep a small stock of ready-made names available for immediate delivery. All our ready-made companies are available immediately and can be reserved for 48 hours prior to receipt of payment. Certificates can be posted or faxed immediately on receipt of payment and original documents despatched accordingly.
Note: Ready-made companies can only be supplied as printed packs. They are not available in the CD format.

Changes of name can be effected in five to eight working days at a nominal additional fee to cover our costs at Companies House. You will be given the option to change your company name when you order.
